This is my birth story of how I came into this world

Geez, where to start.  Well let me take you back alittle bit, when my mommy found out that she was going to have me.  She was so excited!!!!!!!  When mommy went to the doctor, they gave her my due date of May 24, 1998.  Well she had some minor problems.  First she had gestational diabetes, and high blood pressure.  Mommy had to go to the hospital  once for the high blood pressure, but everything was ok.   Hey mommy, you don't think the diabetes came from the daily trips to Rita's for frozen fruit drinks, or the whole cantelope every day do you????
HEE HEE.

Well 5-24 came and went, no sign of me-I was very stubborn then, didn't want to come out and face the real world.  I was giving my mommy alot of sciatic pain-I guess I am a true gemini.  She could hardly walk, so when she went to the dr's, they decided to induce me, because mommy was 4 cm dialated, so the date was set for 6-2-98.  When mommy told daddy the date, he was upset, he wanted me to be born on his birthday, which is 6-5, the same as his daddy's.

Monday night finally came, mommy was a nervous wreck, couldn't sleep/stay still, boy was she nervous.  It was making it hard for me to get any rest before my big debute.  As for my daddy, he was as calm as a cucumber, fell asleep in his chair.  They left for the hospital at 5:00am, met grama, and pap there.  At 6:00am the nurse hooked up mommy's I.V. for the pitocin.  Mommy had this crazy idea that she was going to have me au natural, but she did have an epidural.  Boy, did that kick in fast, finally some peace, and quiet!!  Just when I was really comfortable, I was born.  Dr. Hazel, told mommy, and daddy I was a girl.  When I started to cry, mommy started to cry.  Dr. Hazel asked daddy if he wanted to cut the umbilical cord, the big chicken he was, he said "no".  Thanks Dr. Hazel for making my belly button.  The dr then handed me to my daddy, who counted all my fingers, toes, and made sure I was ok.  Then came my mom's turn to hold me, she was crying as she was holding me, and saying how beautiful I was.  At that point I realized how much my parents wanted, and loved me.  I knew I would have a great life.
